Speaking of Plunger pump In fact, the maintenance of plunger pumps is no different from that of other types of pumps. The analytical components require frequent maintenance, while the more secondary visible components can be serviced on a quarterly basis as part of the system’s routine maintenance schedule, or integrated into daily operational upkeep. As plunger pumps are inherently durable equipment, proper operating practices can help maintain their optimal condition and extend their service life.
Swashplate axial Plunger pump The structure and operating principle of the swashplate are secured by a valve plate, while the motor drives the transmission shaft, hydraulic cylinder, and plunger to rotate together. At the rear end of the plunger spring, the plunger’s ball head maintains close contact with the swashplate surface at all times, and the inner plunger, the bore wall of the plunger, and the valve plate collectively form a sealed chamber. As the transmission shaft rotates in the indicated direction, the plunger is constrained by the inclined surface at its top and begins to move to the right, thereby reducing the volume of the working chamber; pressurized oil from the valve plate is discharged into the system, completing the oil-pressure delivery process. Meanwhile, the lower end of the plunger on the swashplate surface is gradually flung outward, allowing oil to be drawn into the cylinder under atmospheric pressure during the suction phase.
The total stroke of the plunger’s reciprocating motion remains constant, as determined by the cam lift. The amount of fuel delivered to the plunger during each cycle depends on the fuel delivery stroke; without camshaft control, this stroke would be variable. However, the fuel delivery start timing does not change with variations in the fuel delivery stroke. By rotating the plunger, the fuel delivery port is shifted, thereby adjusting the fuel delivery quantity. The domestically produced series of plunger injection pumps and plunger pumps mainly include: Series a, b, p, z, and i, ii, iii.
