The valve box includes a current-signal detection switch, which is electrically connected to the control signal and opens or closes in response to the control signal. A pressure switch is connected to the air supply and opens or closes depending on whether the air pressure is within the normal range. The current-signal detection switch and the pressure switch are connected in series between the power supply and the control terminal of at least one solenoid valve.
1. The main features of the valve box are as follows: ：
1. Power supply voltage: 380 V / 220 V, 50 Hz, three-phase four-wire.
2. Altitude not exceeding 1,000 meters.
3. The ambient medium temperature is -20°C to 60°C.
4. No severe vibration, no risk of explosion, no conductive hazards, no conductive dust, and no highly corrosive gases, etc.
2. Valve Box Instructions
According to the valve box’s operating manual, perform pre-startup commissioning, then compare the valve box’s electrical schematic diagram with its electrical wiring diagram. If both the red and green indicator lights illuminate simultaneously, it indicates that the electric valve is in the neutral (mid) position. After verifying that the motor’s phase sequence is correct, press the open button; once the electrical equipment has been properly installed, the operation should stop. At this point, the red light will turn off and the green light will turn on, indicating that the valve is fully open. Press the close button; the electronic control system should cease operation upon closing. At this time, the red indicator light will illuminate while the green light turns off, signifying that the valve is fully closed.
During the opening process, the green indicator light flashes while the red indicator light remains steadily on. At this time, adjust the potentiometer on the opening indicator in the control valve box’s electronic equipment. Adjust potentiometer W1 and potentiometer W2 in the control box so that, when the electric valve is fully closed, the instrument reading displays zero.
