The oil-gas recovery system for storage tanks comprises path-control valves installed on the pipeline connecting the tank to the river-side valve chamber, which enable control and redirection of the oil-gas flow. The system further includes a sensing unit within the discharge-processing unit that monitors the pressure of saturated oil gas in the storage tank and, upon detecting a threshold, activates the delivery unit or directly drives the path-control valves via control components to direct the oil gas into the discharge-processing unit.
The primary equipment for preventing atmospheric pollution and explosions caused by chemical storage tanks in China includes liquid storage tanks, pressure and sensor systems, backup storage tanks, and control units. The liquid storage tank is equipped with a gas outlet at its top, as well as a data-buffering protection system consisting of primary and secondary river-side valve boxes. This buffering system comprises a gas storage tank, an elastic buffer, and a safety-equipped river-side valve box. The gas outlet can be connected via a main pipeline to the inlet of the elastic buffer, while the safety river-side valve box is installed at the elastic buffer’s vent outlet. Because the buffering control system incorporates an elastic buffer, the mixed gases containing various substances discharged from the liquid storage tank can be temporarily stored within the elastic buffer, thereby preventing atmospheric pollution and meeting environmental protection requirements. In addition, the installation of a pair of sensors in conjunction with the liquid storage tank helps to prevent information-related explosions and reduces the likelihood of such events to a minimal level.
