If both the red and green indicator lights illuminate simultaneously, it indicates that the electric valve is in the neutral (mid) position. After verifying that the motor’s phase sequence is correct, press the “Open” button; once the electrical equipment has been properly installed, the operation should stop. At this point, the red light will go off and the green light will turn on, signifying that the valve in the valve box is fully open. Press the “Close” button; the electrical equipment should cease operation upon closing. At this time, the red indicator light will illuminate while the green light goes off, indicating that the valve is fully closed.

During the startup process, the green indicator light flashes while the red indicator light remains steadily on. At this point, perform debugging. Valve box Indicator: Adjust the potentiometer on the power-on indicator of the electronic device. Adjust potentiometer W1 and potentiometer W2 in the control box so that, when the electric valve is fully closed, the instrument reading displays zero.
